  • Financial Planner, Managing Partner

    Matt is a dedicated financial planner with over 15 years of experience guiding clients towards their financial goals. Based in Vienna, Virginia, he specializes in creating personalized financial strategies tailored to individual needs.

    As a Chartered Financial Consultant (CFC®) and Certified Life Underwriter (CLU®), Matt is committed to providing comprehensive financial advice and education. Matt enjoys engaging with clients and building lifelong relationships. Matt also provides worksite financial wellness education to employers across the US, and finds the teaching experience very rewarding. Before embarking on his client-focused career, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bucknell University, where he also showcased his athletic talents as a football kicker and his musical abilities as an upright bass player in the orchestra.

    After graduating, Matt returned to the DC area and launched his financial planning practice with Prudential. Over the years, he gained valuable experience working alongside other seasoned advisors.

    When not assisting clients, Matt enjoys spending time with his family in Herndon, Virginia. As a lifelong resident of the area, he is a passionate Washington DC sports fan and finds relaxation in golfing and traveling with his loved ones.

    Chad began his career in financial services in 2020 after earning a degree in Business Administration, with minors in Finance and Computer Science, from High Point University. Committed to deepening his expertise and serving his clients with the highest level of professionalism, he obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2023.

    A Leesburg, VA native, Chad splits his time between the Leesburg and Vienna offices of Integrated Wealth Advisors. He’s passionate about building lifelong relationships with his clients and their families, crafting personalized financial strategies that reflect each individual's unique goals and circumstances.

    Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time on the golf course and exploring Northern Virginia’s vibrant wine scene. For Chad, these moments of relaxation provide the perfect balance to his dedication to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

    Bob started in the financial services industry in 1995. He spent 16 of those years as a Wealth Advisor at BB&T and Truist where he dedicated his career to working with individuals who held $1 million or more in investable assets. Now, as a partner at IWA, Bob has expanded his range of services to better serve the community and his clients' evolving needs.

    As a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), Bob is committed to helping individuals, couples, families, and small businesses seek long-term financial growth. By working closely with each client to provide tailored recommendations and strategies, he is able to offer advice that aligns with his client's unique goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives. His approach combines in-depth knowledge with a strategic perspective to help match clients’ portfolios to their needs, while also exploring alternative strategies designed to preserve their assets.

    Bob lives in Leesburg, VA, with his wife, Susie. After years of coaching and watching their three sons' baseball teams, he is still an avid fan of the sport and a dedicated Mets fan. As an enthusiast of both wine and hockey, you can find Bob spending time at Stone Tower Winery and playing goalie at the Ashburn Ice House every Sunday.

    Skip began his financial services career in 2015 where before he was the Director for the eastern region of Harland Clarke for over a decade.

    For Skip, IWA offers him and his clients access to a range of scalable solutions for his clients. Skip holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as Life and Health insurance licenses.

    Passionate about building long-term client relationships, Skip uses his professional expertise and life experiences to help clients manage their financial futures. Residing on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, he enjoys cycling, walking his dog Jasmine, or playing his newest passion – pickleball. An adventurer at heart, Skip recently achieved a lifelong goal of trekking to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. His daughter, Amanda, lives in Alexandria, where she works as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and yoga instructor.

    Noah began his career in financial services in 2024 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management from Georgetown University, where he was also a member of the D1 football team.

    A Leesburg native, Noah joined Integrated Wealth Advisors to serve clients with personalized financial planning focused on tax-efficient strategies, retirement readiness, and long-term wealth building. He is passionate about helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions through clear, goal-based planning.

    Outside of work, Noah is an avid golfer who enjoys playing courses throughout the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area and spending time with family and friends.

    As a longtime Northern Virginia native and proud alumnus of George Mason University, Spencer is passionate about helping individuals and families in the DC metropolitan area build clarity and confidence around their financial futures.

    The scope of his work is beyond just investment management. Spencer partners with clients to develop personalized, strategic financial plans that align with their unique goals and values. Whether it’s optimizing cash flow, preparing for retirement, or creating a plan to pass down generational wealth, he provides comprehensive, client-first guidance every step of the way. His mission is to simplify the complexity of finance and empower clients to make informed, intentional decisions so they can move forward with purpose.

  • Operations Associate

    Allison joined Integrated Wealth Advisors as an Operations Assistant after graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management. She brings a strong background in organization, communication, and client service to the IWA team. 

    Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Allison now enjoys being part of the Northern Virginia community. She is focused on delivering exceptional service, supporting clients through every step of their experience, and ensuring they feel cared for and confident in their financial journey. 

    Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending times with friends and family and discovering new dining spots around Northern Virginia and the D.C. area.
